  • SAIM also conducted a One - day training on Customer Service Management for the staff of Bank of Asia Ltd on March 29, 2008.

 

The training, which was tailor made to address specific needs of Bank of Asia, was provided to two groups of staff on March 29, 2008 for the first group and April 26, 2008 for the second. Each of the two groups was made up of twenty one middle and entry level staff of the bank.
