Learning beyond the classroom!

As part of the Society and Politics course, our students conducted a field study at Ghandruk, where they collected data on the local economic and social activities. The visit also included an insightful interactive session with the Ward Chairperson, Gautam Gurung, providing students with firsthand knowledge of local governance and community development. The journey concluded with a refreshing recreational stop in Pokhara, making it a perfect blend of academic learning and memorable experiences.

We had the opportunity to be the resource  persons for insightful HR sharing session with HR professionals from different INGOs under the Association of International NGOs in Nepal (AIN).

A special moment of pride for me as an academician to catch up with two fellow SAIM alumni who are now contributing as solid HR professionals within the international development sector. Dikshya and Sunita.
