SAIM College, formally known as the South Asian Institute of Management, is a prestigious educational institution in Kathmandu, Nepal. Established in 2005, SAIM is affiliated with Pokhara University. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs, including a Bachelor of Computer Systems and Information Technology (BCSIT), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and a Master of Business Administration in Global Business (MBA-Global Business).

SAIM College is committed to nurturing excellence in its students. It offers a comprehensive learning environment that blends theoretical knowledge with practical application. The college employs various teaching methods, such as case studies, internships, and project-based learning, to prepare students for the dynamic field of Computer Systems and Information Technology (CSIT). Our Mission

To develop managers, leaders and entrepreneurs with a strong sense of integrity and commitment through the creation, preservation and dissemination of knowledge keeping in perspective the South Asian values to best serve the interest of business, government, non-government organizations and society. SAIM is dedicated to striving relentlessly in the academic domain to produce scholars and empower its graduates to attain leadership positions in South Asia and abroad.

Our Objectives

 

  1. To develop managers with sound management knowledge, skills and values, along with leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
  2. To build relevant, practical curricula grounded on sound theory and based on regional case studies and experience sharing.

  4. To inculcate creativity and innovativeness in the faculty through continuing education, faculty development programs, consulting and research. To forge institutional and joint ventures with reputed institutions globally.
  5. To foster close links with the business and academic community in South Asia and elsewhere.
