Virtual Training on Employee Well Being and Dealing with Challenges for Women Associates at Ncell for One Week in the Month of May 2021

SAIM conducted online trainings on employees’ well- being and dealing with challenges for women associates at Ncell for one week. In wake of the pandemic, particularly the second wave since April 2021, anxiety and stress has touched the lives of almost all globally, and more so in the South Asian context. Nepal is no exception. For an essential service provider like Ncell whose employees are still working long hours from home, and even going to work in Ncell Centers, employees wellbeing is a prime concern, and the reason behind reaching out to SAIM for the appropriate organizational development intervention. There were around 90 participants from different levels of Ncell. The topics covered were well-being during pandemic, stress management, emotional labor, mindfulness etc. The virtual trainings were fruitful and participants were quite content and motivated with the sessions. The participation was also commendable. One comment for this training was “IT WAS LIKE MEDICINE DURING COVID”.
