South Asian Institute of Management (SAIM) is an independent, academic institution established in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2005 to provide need-based management education and engage in management development, research and consulting to facilitate the growth and development of managers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in South Asia which is emerging as the most dynamic Asian regional economic center for global trade, investment and technology innovation.

With more than one-fifth of the world’s population, and its fastest growing middle class, the region has become a dominant force in recent years in the global economy. The expected exponential growth in the region will require managers and entrepreneurs who understand the region, its people, and their deep rooted cultural values.

• SAIM Guest Lecture Series:

The SAIM Board of Directors is hopeful of setting-up a SAIM Rotaract Club under the mentoring of the Rotary Club of Jawalakhel and the Rotary DRR of Nepal. In this regard, the mentors are looking for current Rotaract members studying at SAIM and other current non-member students with proactive personalities looking to explore such platforms of opportunities to broaden their networks to communicate their interest to be a part of an orientation session on what Rotary is and what it has to offer to a young and aspiring individual, to be delivered at the college premises in the near future.
Students wishing to form the college's Rotaract movement are invited also to register their names at the college library.
The date of the orientation is to be announced imminently after the completion of the seminar hall at the SAIM premises.
The platform also welcomes past SAIM students.
